At GaZKart, we strive to provide reliable and safe gas cylinder refilling services. Since we operate as a service intermediary between customers and gas suppliers, our return and exchange policy follows Saudi Arabian consumer protection laws.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Gas cylinders are regulated safety products. Due to their nature, we do not offer returns or refunds after a successful delivery. However, exchanges may be allowed under specific conditions.

βœ… Exchanges are allowed if:

  • The delivered gas cylinder is found to be leaking or defective.
  • The supplier delivered the wrong type or brand of the gas cylinder.
  • The gas cylinder is damaged upon delivery.
  • The order was placed incorrectly by the customer.

🚫 Exchanges are NOT allowed if:

  • The customer accepted the delivery and later changed their mind.
  • The cylinder was used or tampered with after delivery.

2. How to Request an Exchange

If you receive a defective or incorrect cylinder, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Report the Issue Immediately – Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and photos.
2️⃣ Inspection & Verification – The supplier may inspect the cylinder before approving an exchange.
3️⃣ Exchange Process – If approved, a replacement cylinder will be delivered at no extra cost.

⏳ Processing Time: Exchange requests are processed within 1-2 business days, depending on supplier availability.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • If a cancellation request is made after the order is dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel.
  • Failed deliveries due to supplier unavailability may allow you to reorder or request assistance.

4. Refund Policy

As we operate on a cash-on-delivery model, refunds are not applicable. If a valid issue arises (e.g., defective cylinder, supplier error), an exchange will be provided instead of a refund.

5. Safety & Compliance

To ensure safety and compliance with Saudi Standards (SASO) regulations:

  • Customers must inspect the cylinder upon delivery before accepting.
  • Once accepted, GaZKart is not responsible for any defects caused by misuse or storage issues.
  • If a leak or defect is detected after use, contact the official gas supplier or safety authorities.
